1 范围
本标准规定了连铸板坯的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、检验与试验、标志及质量证明书等。
本标准适用于宝山钢铁股份有限公司生产的供热轧用的连铸板坯。板坯不得进行纵切。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。

3 尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差
3.1 尺寸
3.1.1 板坯的厚度、宽度及其允许偏差应符合表1的规定。

3.1.2 根据需方要求,经供需双方商定,也可提供其他规格的板坯。
3.1.3 板坯的通常长度为2m~12m。定尺及范围定尺长度应在8m~12m范围内,定尺长度允许偏差为±40mm。
3.2 外形
3.2.1 板坯的不平度每米不得大于20mm,总不平度不得大于总长度的1.5%
3.2.2 板坯的镰刀弯每米不得大于8mm。
3.2.3 板坯宽面上的鼓肚总高度不得大于宽面边长的2%。
3.2.4 板坯端部宽度方向的切斜不得大于30mm,厚度方向的切斜不得大于20mm。
3.2.5 板坯端部因剪切变形造成的宽展不得大于厚度的10%。
3.3 重量
板坯按实际重量交货。
4 技术要求
4.1 牌号及化学成分
4.1.1 钢的牌号及化学成分(熔炼分析)应符合表2的规定。
4.1.2 板坯成品化学成分允许偏差应符合GB/T 222的规定。
4.2 冶炼方法
钢由氧气转炉冶炼。
4.3 交货状态
板坯以铸态交货。

4.4 表面质量
4.4.1 板坯表面不得有裂纹、接注、渗漏、夹渣以及其他影响轧制质量的缺陷。
4.4.2 板坯端面不得有缩孔。
4.4.3 板坯表面如存在上述缺陷,允许清除。清除应沿轧制方向进行,清除处应圆滑无棱角。单面清理深度应不大于公称厚度的15%,同一截面清理深度不得大于公称厚度的20%。清理宽度应大于清理深度的六倍,清理长度应大于清理深度的十倍。清理深度自实际尺寸算起。
4.5 根据需方要求,经供需双方商定,并在合同中注明,可补充进行其他检验项目。
5 检验与试验
5.1 尺寸和外形检查
5.1.1 板坯的尺寸和外形应采用合适的量具逐块进行测量。
5.1.2 厚度测量:板坯厚度应在距端部200mm~300mm、宽度1/2处进行测量。
5.1.3 宽度测量:板坯宽度应在距头部端面的200mm处测量。每一铸批(Cast)的头块坯及最后一块坯的宽度测量为:距头、尾200mm处分别测得宽度W1和W2,则该坯宽度为(W1+W2)/2。
5.1.4 长度测量:板坯的长度在板坯宽度1/2处测量。
5.2 板坯的表面质量用肉眼逐块进行检查。
5.3 化学成分的取样和试验方法分别按GB/T 222和GB/T 223的规定执行,每炉取一个试样。
5.4 板坯应成批检验和验收,每批由同牌号、同炉号和同规格的产品所组成。
6 标志和质量证明书
6.1 标志
每块板坯的端面应标明炉号、板坯号和牌号。
6.2 质量证明书
每批交货板坯必须开具证明该批产品符合标准要求和订货合同的质量证明书,证明书中应注明下列内容:
a)供方名称-宝山钢铁股份有限公司;
b)需方名称;
c)发货日期;
d)合同号;
e)牌号;
f)标准编号;
g)炉号、块数、重量;
h)品名、规格;
i)本标准规定的各项试验结果;
j)质量管理部门负责人签字。
附加说明:
本标准代替Q/BQB 131-1999。
本标准与Q/BQB 131-1999相比主要变化如下:
――增加端部宽展要求。
