1 范围
本标准规定了初轧板坯的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、检验与试验、标志和质量证明书等。
本标准适用于宝山钢铁股份有限公司生产的供再轧用的初轧板坯。压盖钢板坯不得再行切割、分块轧制。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。

3 尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差
3.1 尺寸
3.1.1 板坯的公称厚度和公称宽度按表1的规定。

3.1.2 板坯厚度按5mm进级,宽度按50mm进级。
3.1.3 板坯宽度和厚度的允许偏差应符合表2的规定。

3.1.4 板坯的通常长度为4m~10m。定尺和倍尺长度应在通常长度范围内,其允许偏差为+80mm。
3.2 外形
3.2.1 板坯的每米弯曲度不得大于20mm,总弯曲不得大于总长度的2.0%。
3.2.2 板坯的镰刀弯每米不得大于10mm。
3.2.3 板坯的端部剪切斜度在厚度方向不得大于10mm,在宽度方向不得大于30mm。
3.2.4 板坯二侧面允许有不大于10mm的凹入或凸起,但在最大凹入或凸起处的板坯宽度不得超出允许偏差。
3.3 重量 板坯按实际重量交货。
4. 技术要求
4.1 牌号及化学成分
4.1.1 钢的牌号及化学成分(熔炼分析)应符合表3的规定。
4.1.2 板坯成品(镇静钢)化学成分允许偏差应符合GB/T 222的规定。
4.1.3 经供需双方协议,并在合同中注明,亦可供应其他牌号的板坯。

4.2 冶炼方法
钢由氧气转炉冶炼。
4.3 交货状态
板坯以热轧状态交货。
4.4 表面质量
4.4.1 板坯端面不得有缩孔、气囊、分层和尾孔。
4.4.2 板坯的表面质量及缺陷清理应符合表4的规定。
4.5 根据需方要求,经供需双方商定,可进行其他检验项目,其技术指标由供需双方协议规定。

5 检验与试验
5.1 尺寸和外形检查
5.1.1 板坯的尺寸和外形应采用合适的量具逐块进行测量。
5.1.2 厚度测量:板坯的厚度应在距侧边及端部100mm~200mm处进行测量。
5.1.3 宽度测量:板坯的宽度应在板坯长度方向的中部进行测量。
5.1.4 长度测量:板坯的长度是除去二端切斜部分的最短距离。
5.2 板坯的表面质量用肉眼逐块进行检查。
5.3 化学成分的取样和试验方法分别按GB/T 222和GB/T 223的规定执行,每炉取一个试样。
5.4 板坯应按批检查和验收,每批由同牌号、同炉号和同规格的产品所组成。
6 标志和质量证明书
6.1 标志
每块板坯的端面应标明炉号、牌号、规格和板坯号。
6.2 质量证明书
每批交货板坯必须开具证明该批产品符合标准要求和订货合同的质量证明书,证明书中应注明下列内容:
a)供方名称-宝山钢铁股份有限公司;
b)需方名称;
c)发货日期;
d)合同号;
e)牌号;
f)标准编号;
g)炉号、块数、重量;
h)品名、规格;
i)本标准规定的各项试验结果;
j)质量管理部门负责人签字。
